Nipple clamps come in all sorts and shapes, from pinching to grabbing, strong to weak and everything in between. Anything that can grab a nipple and pinch it is a nipple clamp. The basics are clothespins (and the cheapest). The ones in the picture are my favorites: Japanese clover clamps. They have a special trick. If you pull on the chain, they tighten just a bit. They are tight and the pinch is quite strong. You can find ones adapted for pierced nipples so that it’s just a chain between them that you can then tug on as well.
