BDSM is Love

I asked Master to compile the stats for my websites last night so I could see how they are doing and I am so surprised and proud of my efforts as they are starting to pay off! I’d like to share a few of them here, so if you aren’t interested, don’t click on the cut.

The Iron Gate for the Month of November:

I’m very proud of my baby website. January 2006 I saw 2526 unique visitors. I’m constantly working on it and adding things to it. I thank all those that donated content; be it essays, links, blogs, munches, poetry and stories and everything in between! One day I hope to be talked about as highly as Castle Realm but with a more updated site to visit.

Sensual Service for the Month of November:

This is my biggest surprise. In January 2006 I had just 469 unique visitors. I’m sure the Journal Prompts site has helped Sensual Service immensely. I admit I’ve been slacking with working on this site, but I have a new version coming out probably by New Years if all goes right. I’m going to work out the spam and make it hopefully a resource that others can enjoy more and maybe I can get some more essays this next year to put on it.

It just goes to show effort pays off. While I am not making money off of these sites just yet, I do have affiliate programs on the Iron Gate and will have the same on Sensual Service. They won’t be annoying and while some earn money when people click on them, the others require people to actually buy something for me to get a bit. Just imagine if I could have Google Ads on my sites! I’d earn enough for server rental for sure.
