BDSM is Love

I wrote a poem to be submitted for the first game of the evening. Of course I won’t know if I won until I come back from my munch. Here’s the poem I submitted:

For a Cause

Strangers gather digitally
To raise money for charity.
No selfish gain;
A desire for change,
Blogs rise from nothing,
To spout poetry.

International friendship,
Searching for sponsorship.
Unusual community,
supporting cancer to literacy,
All in one place;
24 hours for a cause.

Caffeine fixes,
Overnight binges,
All to keep the words flowing.
Never stopping, just going and going,
All to help others,
More needy than ourselves.
