I was sixteen when I knew. I was too young and ignorant to know the right vocabulary, or to be properly safe, but I suddenly, in one very clear moment, knew for certain that plain-Jane sex would never be enough.
I was with my very first girlfriend, who fancied herself a photographer that week. I posed for a half dozen rolls of tasteful nudes, then took the camera for a few shots of my own. I tied my pretty girl to the corner of her four poster bed, gagged her, and photographed her as she growled and bared her teeth around the white scarf. She’d never been so humiliated she said, when I eventually let her speak again. How could I? What was I thinking?
