Monday 11-5

Today I was off balance emotionally. I felt like I couldn’t get enough done, even though I accomplished almost everything on my to do list. I didn’t eat a healthy dinner (I had 3 doughnuts) and now I need to do 30 mins of exercise if I’m going to be able to take a day off on Sunday.

Tuesday 11-6

  • Calories: 2163
  • Water: 54 oz.
  • Exercise: 10 minutes

Today was a good day. I’m amazed at how good I felt about getting my exercise done before I left for work in the morning. I decided today that I would have smaller meals throughout my work shift so that I wouldn’t be tempted to snack as soon as I got home. Worked out pretty well. I’m going to work on getting more veggies in my day as my food balance is still off.

Wednesday 11-7

  • Calories: 2864
  • Water: 70 oz.
  • Exercise: 0 minutes

I was so freaking tired today! I just couldn’t function normally. I wasn’t focused at work, I had a hard time driving without feeling the need to nod off and I went to bed at 8pm, not to rise until the morning. I’m really hoping this energy slump is short term; I have so much to do everyday! We went out to dinner and I didn’t focus on my choices. I just ate what I wanted not what I needed.

Thursday 11-8

  • Calories: 2024
  • Water: 64 oz
  • Exercise: 15 minutes

I had a big long talk with Master about my weight and inability to stay on task. He reassured me that he is supporting me as I need to be supported (which I already knew) and that I have to do this for me. If I’m having so many problems then maybe I’m not ready. I don’t want to be fat anymore. I don’t want to be unhealthy either. It’s time.

Friday 11-9

  • Calories: 1749
  • Water: 64 oz
  • Exercise: 0 minutes

I did good today. I’m disappointed in myself for not exercising but I know that you have to start at the bottom and work your way up, right?

Saturday 11-10

  • Calories: 2175
  • Water: 42 oz
  • Exercise: 0 minutes

Went out to a munch and play party tonight. I watched what I ate to some degree. I could have done better than the pizza for dinner. I never knew that shrimp and cocktail sauce was so healthy! Eight large shrimp for 40 calories? Wow! The party was great and I raved over a friend’s pepper jelly. She said she would gladly give me a jar… mmmmm. I have to get 35 mins of exercise done tomorrow if I want to reward myself. Thankfully the hotel we are staying in has an exercise room. I’m going to give it a try.

Sunday 11-11

  • Exercise: 35 minutes

How did I do?

I need to get this under 2000 by the end of December to make me more comfortable.

I will work to get this back up to 80 oz

Goal achieved! $5 will be going into savings for a new futon!
