Weigh In
It’s Sunday again, and you know what that means. I have stepped on the scale to see if this week will show improvement from last week. If you all remember I was up quite a bit because of my period but that’s over now. I was 318.5.
Today’s weigh in: 313.5
Yup, that’s right, I stood on the scale 3 times to make sure it wasn’t a false reading. I’m down 5 lbs since last week! Now, how much was water weight I really can’t say but I’m also down 1.5 lbs from my starting weight and that’s saying something
Last week I did 75 minutes of cardio exercise! This blew my goal of 65 minutes out of the water. I have $5 set aside to go into savings for that futon I want so much. I didn’t get any strength training in, but don’t count me out on that there is always next week!
I did really well on eating too. I didn’t binge, or sneak in food at all! I’m feeling so good today about my results. I did most of my calorie intake for breakfast and lunch and that seemed to help not only with the weight loss but also with the starving feeling I had just after getting home from work (where I normally threw caution to the wind and just ate).
I measure today too when Master gets up. Those numbers will be posted as inches lost only and I’ll add it to this post when I have them. Isn’t it great?
Inches lost: 3
How did I do?
Average Calories: 1767/under 2000 (goal met!)
Average Water: 75 oz/80 oz ( I need 80 or more!)
Minutes of cardio: 75/65 (goal met!)
Next Week’s Goals:
Average calories under 1900
Average water at or above 80 oz
Minutes of cardio at or above 70

Btw don’t always let the scale rue weather you have had a good week or not… How do you feel? How do your clothes feel? Do you notice something different b/c you are smaller? I call these non scale victories. Kinda like like your gratitude Tuesdays (do you still do those?) I am thinking of starting a category in my blog just about those. It helps a lot, especially when you have a less impressive week!

Way to go Luna on the weight loss! Keep it up girl - thinking the shift in calories to the earlier part of the day may just have been what you needed. =)
Keep up the diet and i am sure the pounds will melt away, good luck on sticking with though I know how hard ti can be to stay on a diet.
Congrats on your loss Luna. I weighed in at weight watchers this week, I was up .6 I need to watch out for emotional eatting
